Effective date: October 30, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website or submitting information.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. By accessing or using this website, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website scope
The website describes Honor Contracting L.L.C. services and facilitates preliminary communications with customers, individual technical professionals, and resource companies. Content is general information only and should not be relied upon as engineering, design, regulatory, safety, legal, tax, financial, employment, or other professional advice.
3. Preliminary communications only
Requests, estimates, discussions, candidate profiles, company resource submissions, resumes, and other website communications are preliminary. A resource company submission does not create an employment, agency, subcontractor, partnership, exclusive or other commercial relationship. No services, placement, project award, price, schedule or other commitment exists unless stated in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. The Privacy Notice describes how submitted information is handled and shared.
4. Customer requirements
Customers are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of project information, specifications, site conditions, schedules, safety requirements, and other materials submitted. Honor Contracting may decline, request clarification of, or stop reviewing any request in its discretion.
5. Network profiles, company resources, and resumes
Individual professionals authorize Honor Contracting to review and use submitted information internally to assess potential project matches and contact them about possible opportunities. Before sharing an individual's name, contact details, resume or other identifying information with a customer, Honor Contracting will describe the opportunity and ask permission, as explained in the Privacy Notice. A resource company representative confirms that they are authorized to submit and update information for the company and is responsible for keeping its capabilities, personnel availability, rates and commercial information accurate and reasonably current. Company forms should not include employee names, resumes, personal contact details or sensitive employee information unless Honor Contracting specifically requests it and the representative is authorized to provide it. Rates entered in a company form are preliminary and do not create a quote, project award or commercial commitment. No network submission guarantees review, contact, placement, compensation, project work or visa sponsorship.
6. Submission license and confidentiality
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You allow Honor Contracting to receive, store, reproduce and review those materials as needed to operate this website, process your submission, assess potential project matches, communicate with you, and maintain business records, subject to the Privacy Notice's sharing limits. Do not submit trade secrets or confidential third-party information unless an applicable written confidentiality agreement permits it.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Violating law or another person's rights;
- Submitting false, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material;
- Introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access;
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated collection without written permission;
- Interfering with security, availability, or other users; or
- Using website information to send unsolicited communications.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, arrangement, branding, and original materials are owned by Honor Contracting or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited right to access the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
9. Privacy, limited sharing, and electronic communications
The Privacy Notice explains what information is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept, and when it may be shared. Honor Contracting does not sell submitted personal information. A professional's identifying information, contact details or resume will be shared with a customer only after the professional gives permission. Website submissions may be processed by service providers described in the Privacy Notice.
By submitting contact details, you authorize Honor Contracting to send responsive communications about your request, professional record or potential project matches. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and safeguarding your own devices and accounts.
10. Third-party resources
Third-party websites, email clients, phone services, hosting providers, document tools, and links are not controlled by Honor Contracting. Use of those resources is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is,” “as available,” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, security, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honor Contracting and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, opportunity, or business; or costs arising from website access, use, submissions, third-party services, or inability to use the website.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Honor Contracting and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful website use, your submitted materials, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
14. Suspension and changes
Honor Contracting may restrict access, remove submissions, or modify or discontinue the website at any time. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date.
15. Governing law and severability
Michigan law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Entire website agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement governing website use. A separate signed services, employment, contractor, nondisclosure, or project agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.
