How we use information
- Review customer requirements and assess potential individual or company resource matches
- Evaluate professional experience, company capabilities, work preferences, rates and availability
- Contact customers, individual professionals and resource companies about potential project matches
- Maintain business, project and submission records
Information sharing
We may review professional information internally to assess potential matches. Before sharing an individual's name, contact details, resume or other identifying information with a customer, Honor Contracting will describe the opportunity and ask the professional for permission.
Resource company rates and commercial terms are reviewed internally and are not published on the website. Honor Contracting may discuss a non-identifying summary of a relevant company capability with a customer. Before sharing the resource company's name, contact information, detailed rates or commercial terms, Honor Contracting will describe the opportunity and ask the resource company for permission. Project-specific availability, rates and terms must then be confirmed with the resource company.
Customer attachments and confidential project details will not be provided to potential resources without the customer's permission. Honor Contracting may share a brief, non-confidential summary of a project to ask about interest and availability.
Honor Contracting does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be processed by service providers as described below to operate the submission and security features of this website.
Storage and service providers
Customer, individual professional, and resource company submissions and uploaded files are sent to Honor Contracting through a Google Apps Script submission service and are maintained in Honor Contracting's Google Drive, Google Sheets and related business systems. Customer request PDFs are generated in your browser and added to the submitted record. Google systems also support submission processing. Postmark supports submission and update confirmation messages.
The live forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals about your browser or device for this security check; according to Cloudflare, Turnstile does not access, store or transmit the form entries you type. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy, and Postmark's Privacy Policy for information about their services.
Honor Contracting's manual review reminder schedule is: customer requests and attachments that do not lead to project work are reviewed 12 months after submission or the last substantive communication about the request, whichever is later; records related to project work are reviewed 24 months after the last project activity; and individual professional profiles, resumes, and resource company records are reviewed 12 months after the most recent update or substantive contact, with another reminder at 24 months if there has been no update or contact. These reminders prompt a person to consider whether the information is still needed. They do not automatically delete anything. At each review, Honor Contracting may delete, update, or retain information based on current business needs and legal obligations. If information is retained, another manual review is scheduled.
Updates and deletion requests
